Optimus Home Terms of Service

WELCOME

These Terms of Service govern your use of Optimus Home and Optimus IPTV Pro (collectively, the "Apps"). By installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use an App for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

THE SERVICES

Optimus Home is an Android TV and Google TV launcher that provides app organization, customization, widgets, living backgrounds, sports and weather information, and optional connected-home features. Optimus IPTV Pro is a media player for playlists and services that you lawfully provide. Features may vary by device, region, provider availability, and App version.

YOUR CONTENT AND SERVICES

You are responsible for the accounts, playlists, media, apps, and third-party services you connect or use. The Apps do not provide television channels or guarantee access to third-party content. You must have the rights and authorization required to access any content you use.

OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Features such as Google Home, Google Calendar, Ring, weather, sports, media, and other providers are optional. Their availability and operation depend on the provider and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. You may disconnect supported integrations at any time.

ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

You are responsible for safeguarding your device and connected accounts. Do not share credentials or misuse another person's account. Notify us if you believe your Optimus-related connection has been compromised.

PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play are billed and managed by Google Play. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, trials, and taxes are governed by the applicable Google Play terms and the offer shown at purchase.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the Apps to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, bypass access controls, interfere with services, distribute malware, or access content without authorization. You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the Apps except where applicable law expressly permits it.

UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance, security, compatibility, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and third-party services may change independently of us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Apps, branding, interface, software, and original content are owned by Optimus Home or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Apps as intended.

DISCLAIMER

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimus Home will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, revenue, or access caused by the Apps or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

TERMINATION

You may stop using the Apps at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as the Apps or applicable requirements change. The Effective date will be revised when changes are made. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
